We chose Country Buttercups because of its cosy, warm and welcoming atmosphere - it felt very homely. Both my children have been very happy here, have learnt lots and enjoyed the craft activities and extras like rugby, French and dance. The staff have been kind and supportive throughout.

Read on GoogleI had a horrific experience visiting here which resulted with my 10 month old baby in A&E after losing consciousness from a fall while being supervised but Country Buttercups staff. Later they placed the blame on me as the parent and even blamed my baby with lines such as "babies do tend to fall over". Without giving the full story all I will say is that they filed no incident report, didn't even call me back to discuss my child's injury and couldn't even bring themselves to apologise. I had a team of 15 paramedics/ambulance staff attend the scene and tell me that I wasn't over reacting, but the nursery staff made me feel like I was.The floors are hard, toys dirty and loose cables everywhere, filthy old food scraps within babies grasp and staff who just weren't up to the job. DEATHTRAP.
Read on GoogleMy son has just not long started at this nursery and we are already seeing him progress with his eating and communication skills. Staff are friendly and caring and he seems very settled and happy already. We can't fault it
