Inclusion & environment
Support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is a key strength. The special educational needs coordinator (SENCo) works tirelessly with parents, professionals and staff. When staff identify gaps in children's learning, they take prompt action, ensuring children receive the help they need and make rapid and sustained progress.
Staff provide lots of opportunities for babies to crawl and pull themselves up, helping them develop skills needed for walking unaided. Staff also help older children to learn to take safe risks by knowing how to use large play equipment safely, building confidence in their own abilities.
Poor treatment and support for children with suspected SEND. If your child demonstrates 'challenging behaviour' instead of seeking further support from third party organisations and the government for extra 1-1 funding, they will EXPEL your child.
Read on GoogleGreat nursery! Staff are lovely, facilities are always clean and tidy. Kids love it, and you get daily updates on their app of what the kiddos are up to.
Read on GoogleMy kids went here for 1.5 years and I wanted to give some recent information for parents. Staff were lovely, facilities very clean and modern. Communication system never moved online so you don’t get daily photos or updates. My kids also never went out for trips/ walks.
Read on GoogleAbsolutely appalling customer service, we have been applying for 9 months now. 3 months before our child was even born and they ‘do not have a waiting list’ so you are told to ‘ring up every 3 weeks’, and then you wait up to 3 weeks for a response. The staff can also be very grouchy telling you not to ring back as you rang 3 weeks ago although that’s what they told us to do! Poor service. Id advise everybody to go elsewhere.
Read on GoogleOur son went here until very recently. He absolutely loved it and always seemed keen to go in the mornings. He'll really miss the place and all the great staff. Thanks for all your great work
