On my son's first day i dropped him off and they rang me 20 minutes later asking where he was! Very worrying. I provider LABELLED cream for his nappy changing which was taken, until I noticed and asked for it back. No updates are provided throughout the day and staff are not very inviting either.

Caring and lovely staff members from management to all colleagues. My first son went three years ago and my second child is now there, very cosy and nice set up for young babies and toddlers. It is a great place 😊

Has been taken over by Grandir and communication is appalling - emails not answered, glitches in new apps "Famly" not resolved, request to visit ignored, fees put up with deliberately evasive communication, lacking transparency on actual costs. Booked a place a year in advance and met a wonderful set of staff and now it's an entirely different situation. Incredibly disappointed.
