Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are well supported through effective strategies. Staff work collaboratively with parents and other professionals to identify and review children's progress, and plan activities that captivate children's interest and help them to achieve their potential. Managers use the funding they receive to ensure the best possible support and progress for all children.

Outdoor space

Children develop their dexterity as they learn to carefully balance along beams and climb up ladders to safely use slides at their own pace. Staff teach children to think about how they can safely cross the garden path, which inspires them to work together to create a chalked crossing.

We loved our experience at Cybertots in Acton Gardens. Right from the start, the staff and management were amazing—so warm, friendly and professional. You can really tell they care about the kids, and it makes such a difference. The whole team is super approachable and always on hand to help. Everything at the nursery runs smoothly, and the communication is fantastic. We always knew how our son’s day went and felt involved in all the little moments – putting our minds at ease. One of the things we appreciated most is how inclusive the environment is. Every child is valued and supported, and you can see the effort the team puts into making sure everyone thrives. The facilities are also great. They have a lovely garden, giving kids the necessary outdoor time and they have fresh, healthy meals cooked on site – another bonus! We could not have asked for a better nursery and truly grateful to Melissa and her entire team – they’re all brilliant and we could not recommend the nursery enough!

I highly recommend Cybertots, especially the Acton Garden site, which is absolutely fantastic. The team are incredibly caring and attentive, and my son is genuinely happy there and very well looked after. The space is bright and welcoming, the activities are excellent and thoughtfully planned, and the menu is varied and nutritious. It’s clear how much care and effort goes into everything they do, and it really shows in how settled and happy the children are.

Both of my daughters go to Cybertots since about 9 months old and love it there. The staff is always caring and attentive and the girls are always happy to go to nursery in the morning. Lots of fun games and activities as well as outings. Management is also of a high standard - efficient responses to emails, always there to help and guide, very friendly and supportive. Very happy with our choice and could not have wished for better early years care for my kids.

We honestly couldn’t be more grateful for this nursery. Both of our children have attended, and from the very beginning we felt so reassured knowing they were in such loving, caring hands. The staff are truly incredible, so attentive, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child’s happiness and development. Our children have felt safe, valued, and excited to go in every single day, which means everything to us as parents. Watching them grow, learn, and flourish here has been so special, and we will always be thankful for the love and care they’ve been shown. We absolutely love this nursery and recommend it wholeheartedly to any family looking for a truly wonderful place for their children.

Cybertots has been incredible to both my kids and we have loved our experience with them. They are so nurturing, warm and caring. Both my kids joined at 10 months and have enjoyed their time there. My younger one is still there and is so happy, we choose to make the long communte just because she is so happy. My older one who is now at school still talks about the lovely staff and fun activites they had. Defintley reccommed them for anyone looking for a nursery, your child will thrive!
