How they support every child

SEND provision

The organisation of the toddler rooms supports children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Leaders identify children's needs quickly and accurately, purchasing specialised equipment and resources to help support children with SEND. Staff are trained in various aspects of SEND and supportive strategies, ensuring early identification of additional needs and continuous progress monitoring.

Outdoor space

Babies carefully balance along low beams outside, closely supported by adults. Children enjoy throwing, catching, climbing and riding bikes in the large outdoor area. They also participate in swimming and toddler rugby.

EAL / language support

Staff communicate using a translation app to support children with English as an additional language, helping them to settle well and allay any fears and anxieties.

Brilliant nursery! My daughter is happy going there and is developing really well. I have peace of mind when she is there, she plays, eats well and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you to everyone at Deedee’s.

Do not recommend. Sent my son here for a month and he has never been so down in his life. He walked out of the door one day with a HUGE bump to his forehead and none of the staff mentioned it to us which proves staff are n’t watching over our children. Found him a new nursery now which is he so happy about and loves going too. Unlike DeeDees, they couldn’t handle him proving there isn’t enough staff. His new nursery “Little Spuds day Nursery in the baguley ares and brilliant, so kind and look after my son. I DO NOT recommend this nursery

After trying to get my son who has special needs into various other local nurseries and being unsuccessful once we mentioned he had additional needs, we came across dee dees child care, they couldn’t be anymore accommodating and understanding. My son has been going here now for over a year and loves it and he has come on so much since he started, all the staff are lovely and couldn’t do enough to help our son and let us know whats he’s been upto day to day thanks
