We couldn't have asked for a better start to nursery life for our daughter at Destiny Haven in Noel Park. The team were incredibly thoughtful during the settling-in period, taking time to really understand what would help her feel comfortable and secure. She's come on leaps and bounds, and we think so much of it comes down to how much time they spend outdoors with the children, exploring the garden and getting stuck into nature. The staff are also brilliant at keeping us in the loop throughout the day, so we never feel out of touch. It's been such a relief to find a nursery we genuinely trust, and we'd definitely recommend them to any parent looking locally.

I highly recommend this nursery. The nursery and the educational resources they provide are exceptional and have really benefited my daughters’ development. They have helped them learn how to play with other children, explore toys, and better understand the world around them. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and understanding, especially towards parents who may face financial difficulties when it comes to childcare. They are very supportive and genuinely care about helping families. The manager, Susanna, is especially wonderful. She is very efficient, informative, and dedicated to helping mothers support their children’s educational journey, both in the nursery and at home. She always provides helpful guidance to parents so we can do our best to support our children’s learning. It’s clear that she truly cares about every child’s educational needs and works hard to help them reach their full potential. Safeguarding at the nursery is excellent. Parents are always informed if there are any concerns or if anything happens during the day, which provides great peace of mind. The nursery also provides lovely meals for the children and keeps parents updated through their app. You can see what your child has eaten, when they slept and woke up, and when nappies were changed. They also upload photos so parents can see the activities their children have been doing throughout the day. Overall, this nursery creates a very supportive, caring, and educational environment for children at any stage of their early learning.
