Devoran Pre-School operates from the former Devoran School premises, providing a stimulating environment that includes a bright hall, a dedicated reading room, and a secure outdoor area with direct access to the Village Park for extensive outdoor play. Children also benefit from regular excursions into the village, exploring the creek, local farms, and smallholdings to connect with nature and the community.
The pre-school collaborates closely with Devoran School, facilitating shared activities and trips for its children with the Foundation Class. As a registered charity, its operations are overseen by a volunteer management committee composed of parents, who are encouraged to participate in the pre-school’s running through committee involvement or support at fundraising and social events.
Emphasising a strong partnership between parents and practitioners, the pre-school is committed to positively influencing children's development and learning.
