Inclusion & environment
Robust assessment and targeted interventions are in place to support children to reach the best possible outcomes. The manager works with integrity to ensure that funding is used effectively to meet the individual needs of children.
Children spend plenty of time outside and are very physically active, learning to manage risks for themselves by making their own obstacle courses. They also enjoy weekly trips to the on-site forest school and learn to respect the world around them by being kind to insects.
