Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are given time to explore the environment and activities at their own pace, with free access to the whole environment and necessary resources. Staff provide an inclusive environment, valuing each child's uniqueness and working with external agencies to ensure all children are well supported, making adaptations for those with SEND.
Children have a positive attitude towards learning, enjoying playing with water in the outdoor environment and showing excitement as they explore the water and play cooperatively. Children also show interest in nature and their environment, stopping their play to look at leaves in the garden, discussing their colours and how they travel in the wind.
