Westside Pre-school in Faversham provides term-time care for children aged two to four. It operates Monday to Friday from 9am until 3pm and is registered to provide 30 hours funded childcare and tax-free childcare. The pre-school was inspected by Ofsted in January 2024 and judged to be Good. The inspector reported that children are incredibly happy and confident, forming secure and trusting relationships with staff and each other. Activities are carefully planned to promote children's interests and spark their imaginations.

Children have free-flow access to an outdoor area which offers them opportunities to test their physical abilities. The Ofsted report highlighted that staff have an excellent understanding of the curriculum and embed mathematical language in everyday activities. The setting has a knowledgeable special educational needs coordinator, and children with SEND are supported to make excellent progress. Partnerships with parents are strong. To further improve, inspectors suggested that staff are supported to use a broader range of strategies to enhance children's language development.

My two children attended this pre-school, they loved it and i loved it. The staff are so friendly, helpful and amazing. The pre-school was nice and open with lots of activities and lots of trips to the town, woods, park ect. My children still love to see the staff. I would definately choose this preschool again.
