Dragonfly is such a wonderful nursery, we can’t recommend it highly enough. Our little one has been at the nursery for 3 years and has loved being there. The nursery has a real family feel to it, and we really felt all the staff truly loved and cared for our little one, as well as all of the other kids. There’s also very little staff turnover compared to other nurseries, which means everyone knows everyone and that really makes a big difference to the happiness of the kids. Communications are very good, and we always felt happy that our little one was safe and being looked after. Food is cooked onsite and is healthy and varied - our little one is much more willing to eat new things at nursery than at home (which hopefully isn’t just a reflection of our cooking!). We’re very happy we chose Dragonfly and would highly recommend it to other parents!

Our child attended Dragonfly for almost two years, until we moved. The staff were always friendly, caring, and attentive. The management and admin team were responsive and respectful, which we really appreciated. As first-time parents, we had many questions and concerns about our child's development. The team at Dragonfly always listened patiently and worked with us to support our child’s growth. Their communication made us feel confident and reassured. Overall, Dragonfly is a fantastic nursery that we highly recommend!

**5 Stars - Absolutely Wonderful Nursery!** I couldn’t be happier with Dragonfly Day Nursery and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their child. From the moment we started our settling-in days, I felt truly supported. The process was fantastic – it was tailored to both me and my child's needs, allowing us to go at our own pace. This really made a difference in reducing any anxieties I had as a parent. The staff are just incredible! They are so attentive and it’s clear that the kids absolutely adore them. There's a real family feel to the place, and it's evident that staff retention is high – most parents I’ve spoken to have come through recommendations from other families, which speaks volumes. It’s rare to see such a stable and loving team, and it creates such a warm and secure environment for the children. One of the things I really appreciate is that Dragonfly allows children to learn at their own pace. It’s clear that they recognize every child is unique and they adapt the learning environment accordingly, allowing my child to explore, play, and develop in their own time. Watching my child flourish developmentally has been incredible – he's become so much more confident since joining, and it’s amazing to see how much he has grown. Child safety is obviously a priority here, which is so important to me. The communication is top-notch, and they use a learning portal to keep parents informed, especially if an incident occurs. I really appreciate how transparent they are in ensuring I know what’s going on at all times. Another thing I love about Dragonfly is how they handle events and activities. There are loads of them, but there's never any pressure on parents to participate. For example, they have fancy dress days where kids can dress up, can where certain colours or you can simply choose not to participate at all. It’s all about what works for you and your family. And let’s talk about the food – there’s a chef onsite every day, and the variety of fresh, nutritious meals they prepare is fantastic. The children even eat *family-style*, which is not only adorable to see but also helps with developing important social skills around mealtime. The parents I’ve met here are so down-to-earth and friendly. It’s a really welcoming community, and it's nice to know you're not alone in this parenting journey. Finally, the staff clearly love working here, which makes all the difference. There’s a real child-centred approach, and you can tell everyone is genuinely passionate about what they do. The team is definitely what sets this nursery apart from others - they are just a really lovely bunch of people and I feel so lucky to know my little one is being looked after by them. I’ve really had to think hard to come up with any cons because, honestly, I can’t find anything. But in an attempt to offer a balanced review, I guess if you’re the type of parent who’s looking for that ‘Instagrammable’ aesthetic – picture-perfect spaces with spotless walls and curated decor – then this nursery might not be what you’re after. However, as a parent who enjoys seeing my child come home a little messy, covered in paint and a little glitter, clearly having had the best day imaginable, that’s really not a concern for me at all. Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better place for my child to grow, learn, and thrive. Dragonfly Day Nursery is truly a gem!

Our daughter attender Dragonfly from around 7 months through to just before going to school. The facilities are really good and they have a long-standing management team that care a lot about the kids and also making sure the nursery runs smoothly. We'd strongly recommend it.

We are incredibly grateful to Dragonfly Day Nursery for the two wonderful years our son spent there. From the very first day, we knew we had made the right choice entrusting our son to their care. Watching him blossom into the confident, curious child he is today is a testament to the incredible environment the staff creates for the little ones. Every day was filled with exciting activities that helped in his development, socially and intellectually. We will forever treasure the memories and milestones achieved during his time here. Thank you, Dragonfly Day nursery, for being such an important part of my son’s early years. ❤️
