My kid has been going to this nursery for 3 years and has learnt a lot. He has friends and likes being with them there. The outside space is small, but has plenty of stuff to play and they go most days. They also upload weekly updates of what the kids have done with plenty of pictures, which I really like :) It's a nursery I'd recommend!

Over the past year, my son has been attending Alphabet House Nursery, and I have been extremely pleased with the positive impact it has had on his development. His communication skills and social abilities have improved significantly, thanks to the nurturing environment and the dedicated staff. One of the standout features of Alphabet House Nursery is its convenient location, with excellent transportation links to and around the city. This makes it particularly easy for parents commuting to or from the city, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free drop-off and pick-up process. Each room my son has progressed through, particularly the Baby and Toddler (Daisy) Rooms, has been thoughtfully designed with age-appropriate daily activities that foster the children’s development. The staff in each room are attentive, skilled, and clearly passionate about creating a stimulating and caring environment for the children. I highly recommend Alphabet House Nursery to any parent seeking a supportive and development-focused childcare setting for their child. The growth I’ve seen in my son’s abilities is a testament to the quality care and education provided here.

This is a wonderful nursery! Our daughter has been attending since she was just 7mon old and is still very happy there as an 18mon old! The nursery staff is flexible and do great activities with the children in the baby room. We have seen our daughter's skills improve like eating with a spoon, listening to instructions, and learning to play independently. The food is also very good! Flexibility and communication were key when we had a medical situation with our daughter that has lasted 5 months. The nursery staff were very willing to help us in any way and make it possible for our daughter to come back to nursery as soon as she could. We are still very thankful for their patience and willingness to learn how to help her moving forward. ❤️

We loved Alphabet House Nursery at Stratford for our little boy, the staff are lovely and welcoming at drop off and the they went above and beyond to make sure we felt secure, with lots of photos every day on the app and great communication, they are really responsive to messages when you needed reassurance. Jusna in the baby room is incredible and is the most loving and caring person, she's fantastic with babies! Highly recommend!

Great nursery with very flexible staff! My daughter attended from age 1 to 2 years old. She absolutely loved the baby room. I felt very safe leaving my child here, and we miss the staff a lot. They ensured all the children’s wellbeing and safety by reporting on my daughter’s activities and development daily through their FAMLY app. We only left due to moving from the area. A special thanks to Jusna A, Jusna K, Maggie, Marjana, and the rest of the staff in the baby and toddler rooms. I highly recommend this nursery! Thanks for everything 🙂
