Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are very well supported. Staff regularly meet with parents and other professionals and attend specialist centres to find out how best to meet children's individual needs. This helps them to provide tailored support for each child. Consequently, children with SEND make good progress in relation to their individual starting points and abilities.
Staff teach children how to stay safe when they use the large outside play equipment or when they are on walks. The inspector observed the quality of education being provided indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.
The report does not provide specific information about support for children with English as an additional language.
Just a brilliant nursery and pre-school. Exceptionally caring and professional staff. Great links with the primary school next door.
