Its a really lovely Nursery in a good location for me as i work in the the city. the staff are fabulous with my son, i feel very comfortable leaving him in their care. We were more nervous leaving him there than my son was as he has enjoyed everyday. We have not had any issues with him attending, I love every update I get from the team. My son is very happy to go and when he's leaving, and settled in very well. I remember when he had a small accident at the nursery the team were quick to reach out to inform me of whats happened and reassured me that he was okay and i really appreciate the transparency, quick response and reporting of it too me. So i know my son is safe there and well looked after. My favourite part is that his meals are all cooked on site and are healthy it means that what im doing at home for him is the same as it is in Nursery as we dont cook with sugar or salt for him. He really enjoys his meals there and they do offer fruit which is great! I want to say a big thank you to every member of the team who has worked with my son. Thank you Tayla and Jamie for helping me enroll my son and for the settling sessions. I can see how happy it makes my son and im glad he has that time in the week to make friends and play.

Our kid has been going here over a year since she was 13 months and it is quite obvious that she loves almost every day there. She has had lovely relationships with many of the workers, who know her extremely well and always describe the kid we know at home (and then some!) to us. It's a busy nursery in a city centre. There are kids and workers from many different cultures and backgrounds, with a huge number of kids coming and going each day, so you have to be pragmatic about what can be achieved every day for your kid as an individual, but as a whole they do a great job. They've been consistent, flexible and considerate with our needs for what she eats, dealing with cloth nappies, getting her toilet trained from a young age as we have done. They completely understand what makes her tick, and she learns so much there that we can't even manage at home. The equipment is top notch. There is a lot of very expensive and quality education supplier gear. The rooms have been refreshed at least 3 times(?!) since we have been going a year ago. They make changes and think about how to make things better. They have always been open to feedback from us, and we've seen many changes and improvements as a result of our feedback. Even in our fussiest area, food, they have improved transparency significantly of it. Even when staff leave and we are sad to see them go, we have seen some fantastic new staff come in. It's hard to describe anything negative that you could not say about any other nursery too. They have a difficult job and do a good job of rising to the challenge.

Our daughter has been at this nursery since she was 14 months (she's now 3 years 4 months) and her confidence is growing and growing. The preschool room particularly is fantastic, with thoughtful activities and friendly, lively staff members. We love that staff from the baby and toddler rooms occasionally come into the preschool room for a while as we know our daughter loves to see them. Our daughter had allergies when starting at the nursery and although there were a couple of minor incidents, the nursery's response was brilliant. The way they constantly look for improvements to the nursery (in this area and others) is exemplary. They have a range of home learning activities available often, and a wide selection of books for children to bring home. Our daughter took a long time to settle at nursery in the beginning but now I drop her off and she laughs and waves whilst getting her breakfast ready.

I couldn’t rate this nursery any better! Initially I was very nervous of sending our son to nursery and even cried on his first settling session (we’ve used a childminder for our other child). Michelle was so supportive on that day which gave me the confidence to send our son there. He’s been at the nursery since he was 9 months and it’s sad to think he may leave there one day for nursery school. What I love about the nursery is their clear communication. I’m able to see know his day’s been in real time via the app and look forward to the weekly reports of how much fun he’s had during the week. I also love the regular chats and parents evenings with our named worker, and the regular update about his development. We also love to see how our son looks happy and confident when walking into his nursery room. Finally, we would like to express our thanks to Michelle, Caitlyn, Zara, Jannine, Victoria, Brooke and the team members who we couldn’t remember the names. They are so welcoming and supportive throughout my son’s time at Echo’s. We are having such a great experience with this nursery we even wished we’ve known about this nursery when we had our daughter. Keep up the amazing work!

Our daughter has been going to Echoes for 3 months - she has settled in really well to the baby rooms and loves all the staff who are brilliant. It's a very welcoming, warm and safe space. The food menu is fresh/varied and the activities are fun while helping with learning - she has made noticeable developmental progress in a short period of time. I'd definitely recommend.
