We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this nursery. The girls were incredibly caring and nurturing and it was clear from day one how much they genuinely love what they do. Our little one always felt safe, happy, and excited to go in each day, which speaks volumes about the environment they’ve created. We’re so grateful for the time he spent there and for the amazing support and kindness shown to our family. Highly recommend!
Read on GoogleMy son went there from a young age and he absolutely loved it there. Everyone who works there are very welcoming and accommodating. When we went to view it, we knew right away we wanted to go there. We loved how regular our updates are and how on drop off and pick up, they took on any advice we gave them to make sure our son had the best day. Handovers were always really detailed and felt like I got everything I wanted to know. The girls have such a big influence on our son, he's such a bubbly and confident little boy and they've helped create this little character. We've now moved location to a new city and fondly remember how good the nursery is and how much he loved it there.
Read on GoogleOur son has been attending this nursery since he turned one, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we enrolled him, it's been evident that the staff genuinely care about his development and well-being. The support and advice we've received from the nursery staff have been invaluable. They go above and beyond to ensure that our son receives the best care and attention possible. We're especially grateful to all the key workers who have played a significant role in his growth and development. It's clear that they put their heart and soul into their work, and it truly shows in the way they interact with the children. Moreover, our son absolutely loves attending the nursery. Every morning, he's excited to go and spend time with his friends and the caring staff. This speaks volumes about the positive and welcoming atmosphere that the nursery provides. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their child. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do!
Read on GoogleOur child attended LLL for 2.5 years until Sep 2024. We would love to give it a 5-star, but recent changes prompted us to withdraw him. We hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision. The keyworkers and previous managers were amazing, especially Shanice, Alice, Jess, Deanna, Sharon, Gemma, and Stacey. While some have since left, we’ll always be grateful for their care, support, and for making LLL a warm, community-centered place. Sadly, under new management, this is no longer the case. The new owner/director runs the nursery more like a profit-driven corporation. Instead of fostering a fair, community-focused environment, they chose to enforce rigid policies, hiding behind terms and conditions. It was disheartening to feel like just another business transaction, despite our family’s long-standing commitment to the nursery. Their fees increased twice within 3 months. While they attributed it to the cost of living, company filings show the owner’s funds grew consistently year on year. Our biggest disappointment was the handling of our withdrawal. We gave plenty of notice that our child would be away for 3 months last summer. During month two, we provided 5 weeks' notice to terminate his place, but we were informed that 8 weeks' notice was required. As a result, we were charged for around 3.5 months of full-time fees — without him attending a single day — amounting to around £4.5k. Changes to the nursery’s environment also reflect this shift — increased barriers and electronic devices at reception between staff and parents, and a lack of opportunity to visit the rooms since our initial tour. Additionally, there have been three nursery manager changes in just over a year (Gemma, Stacey and Sam all left one after another). We hope LLL can rediscover the community spirit that made it special.
