My daughter started at Emscote House nursery when she was 1 year old and she's been there a 10 weeks now. It took her a few weeks to settle in but the nursery were so good and really helped her settle and now she absolutely loves it! The staff are all excellent and I can't thank them enough. The communication with parents is really good and I not only feel like my daughter is having fun and learning at nursery but also being supported and they genuinely care about her and have built a great bond. The parent involvement has been much better than I anticipated woth the weekly memos, pictures and updates on the app, a chat at the end if the day and the paperwork of that they have done that day. It enables me to really be involved in what she does and things she's learning so I can follow the same at home so although she's there 5 days a week I don't feel like it's too much. I would highly reccomend this nursery and I am so glad I chose here for our daughter.

Amazing staff, beautiful facilities, my son relocated here from another town and transitioning has been so easy. Can’t speak highly of this place enough. Dedicated and caring staff go above and beyond to be the best for the children and always have their best interests and development at the core of everything they do.

The staff in the Caterpillar room are great. The management haven't always been helpful and appear to be defensive and rude when issues are raised with them.
