• Staff are interested and invested in developing their teaching skills, using feedback from senior staff to improve activities like well-planned circle times.
• Staff have a secure knowledge of how to support children's learning, explaining how they use children's interests to teach all areas of the curriculum.
• Children have good support to build on their personal, social and emotional development alongside their speaking and listening skills, demonstrating high levels of self-control.
• Managers and staff understand how to use additional funding and one-to-one support to ensure children make the best possible progress, benefiting from a sensory room and individual learning programmes tailored to their needs.
