Unprofessional and unreliable. First visited the preschool in September 2025, hoping for our daughter to start after Christmas. Communication was incredibly slow. We were told we would receive a welcome pack beginning of October, had nothing. Left several emails and phone called. Took several weeks to get a response. We were then told that they would drop round a welcome pack/contract in a couple of days. Still nothing. After then hearing a couple of negative stories from two other families, we decided that this wasn't the preschool for us. Such a shame. We are locals and thought this would be the perfect place for our daughter. We were left feeling unwelcome and an inconvenience.
