Family Nurseries a must for preperation for School for your little ones! This place is fantastic!! They are honestly brilliant and so understanding. They let you know everything what is going on with your little one and give you a run down of how they have been when you pick them up. The Staff are incredible!!! This is what makes it great. All the staff are parents themselves and they have a great understanding of parents concerns. They are always so polite and welcoming and always make time to speak to us. Cannot fault the place at all. My son loves it there and he loves all the staff and knows all their names and he loves doing his drawings and he did a big pudsey teddybear and we still have it on our kitchen door. This place is truly a good place to put your child into for a good preperation for when they go into primary school. And the team are fantastic. Oh and their carnival efforts for the town are great plus their Christmas play as well. I could go on and on. Well done to this Great Business!!

My little girl has loved her time with everyone, she has formed such special bonds as well as friendships. From being a shy and quiet little girl everyone has helped her come out of her shell so much and she always comes out with a smile on her face and lots to say about her day. she loves all the singing and dancing and her favourite place is the Wilderness area. Thank you to you all the staff and the children for making my little girls nursery days fun, happy and nurturing. You are all so caring and I always know when I drop her off in a morning that she's in the best place for fun and for learning.

My daughter grew up during lockdown, she didn't communicate well with people outside of the family and lacked confidence in different environments. Shes now been at novostart for over a year and has flourished. Shes a confident playful little girl and has friends. She loves all of the staff and enjoys going every day. I couldn't of wished for a better nursery to prepare my baby for school Sept 23. Genuinely, thank you all so so much xx
