My daughter started this week at Fennies Langley Park, Beckenham and it’s been the most wonderful week!! She has settled in so well thanks to the amazing staff team. Staff are so attentive, caring and thorough. Thank you so much for such a lovely start, she is so happy walking in everyday!! I Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nursery, it’s brand new, facilities are incredible with opportunities of learning everywhere! Managers clearly have very high standards and all staff members are so proud to be apart of the team and so attentive to the little ones. The app is fantastic also for keeping parents up to date with your child’s day, from food to sleeping to nappy changes, to applied sun cream, it’s fantastic! Staff have been amazing with settling in this week and i’m so happy as a parent to have my child attend every day! Highly recommend and massive thank you!
Read on GoogleWhat a wonderful space and what a wonderful team. All the nursery staff including the management team (Suki & Karen), are so welcoming every morning and at pick up time. It’s been a delight to see how my little boy has settled in, developed and grown. Communication is timely, daily and the Famly app is great because it enables communication in real time; which includes details and photos of the daily fun activities the children are participating in. As a parent, it also makes it easy to share / update information with the nursery. I feel the nursery staff (specifically Zsofia and Almira) really get to know the children as individuals and have a lovely way of encouraging them to learn. As well as being calm and kind. I want to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to everyone at Fennies Langley Park for ensuring the safety and happiness of my little boy.
Read on GoogleI canceled my child's enrollment at this school 4 weeks in advance, but no staff informed me that this cancellation would require me to pay the full tuition for the month my child wouldn't be attending (8 weeks notice in advance). Now the school is threatening to sue us if we don't pay the remaining balance (of course, I will pay ). I wish I hadn’t gone back to give them gifts earlier (just a polite gesture that now makes us feel like fools being deceived). If I had known beforehand, I would never have enrolled my child in this school. My child had their face scratched twice, and Fennies's way of handling it never convinced me of any proper assurance.I would not suggest anyone to for this nursery.
Read on GoogleMy son started here in March at 12 months old. From day 1, the team have communicated so well from: his settling in, to dietary habits, behaviour & transitioning from baby to toddler room. They use Famly app which enables them to share details about your child & pictures everyday. Highly recommend.
Read on GoogleThe positive experience our son, has had in your institution has led us to make this decision. The nursery has demonstrated providing a warm and educational environment that has had a very positive impact on Matteo's development. We believe that your pedagogical approach is the right fit for Anna, who is a curious child seeking learning and growth. We eagerly look forward to the opportunity for Anna to benefit from the quality of care and education your nursery offers, just as her brother Matteo has.
