Our 11 months baby started his nursery journey with Fennies last week. It's been a very smooth process, with an initial settling week which helped him accommodate to the new environment: gradual easing in that helped both himself and ourselves (big step!). I really like that staff are very friendly and supportive, as well as the quick communication / replies : we love seeing pictures of our baby on his day-to-day activities, as it always puts a smile on our faces during working hours. On that note, the "Famly" app is easy to use and provides a lot of information, making the whole enrolling process (and beyond) very simple and straightforward. Management are also very kind and go above and beyond to provide a great experience to parents, be it by always being supportive or by creating an atmosphere of calm & professionalism. Really happy with our choice so far!
Read on GoogleWe sent our son Max to Fennies Wimbledon from 11 months to 1yr 8 months old and we were really impressed by the nursery and staff. Ryan and Nicky are both very thoughtful and professional managers who helped a lot with the initial settling process and whenever we had questions throughout our time here. The girls in the Explorers room who looked after him were amazing, and showed genuine compassion and care. Max has definitely grown in confidence and it was really sad to move on due to moving house too far away. We would highly recommend.
Read on GoogleWe have a 1.5 years old and a 4.5 years old attending to Fennies, and we are very happy and satisfied with the nursery. Facilities are the best - interesting educational toys, safe and clean. The staff is very competent and passionate about what they do - they always plan amazing activities with lots of fun. The management is always open to hear. The nursery also held events to integrate parents - my kids were very happy to show us their daily routine in the nursery, and we had a lovely graduation ceremony for my eldest, a very good memory we will remember forever. We could not be happier and highly recommend Fennies Wimbledon!
Read on GoogleOur little boy started at Wimbledon Fennies 3 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with our choice. I was a little apprehensive about leaving him at the start but the girls in the baby room have been incredible. Within a couple of days Leo had made a really lovely bond with his key carer Jess. She is just brill! Jess made the settling week so much easier for both Leo and I! I really can't thank her enough. The communication from the room is brilliant. I am sent a lot of updates and get beautiful observations with lots of pictures (which is lovely to see pop up when I am working!) Leo has so much fun at nursery! He has been on walks to see the train and the ambulances and they always set up really exciting and engaging activities in the room. Leo has settled so well, which is such a relief and the girls have even managed to get him to nap! The nursery is really well organised by the management team and I am always greeted with a smile on my way in. I would absolutely recommend Fennies Wimbledon to anyone looking for a Nursery.
Read on GoogleWe have been at Fennies Wimbledon since our Son was 1 and is now nearly 3 and now our daughter is also attending. We have been blessed that our daughter has the same key person that our son has and this continuity is so beneficial to our family. The staff in both rooms have been engaged, proactive, caring and simply wonderful at their jobs. The activities they do in both rooms are incredible, constantly inventive, creative and seeking to engage in a variety of different ways throughout the year. I am not a casual chilled out parent and definitely fit the bill of a worrier with very high expectations but I don't need to at Fennies Wimbledon. The team are brilliant, they know our kids so well, they genuinely care about them, have helped support us with any challenging normal phases we went through. The management Ryan and Nicky are supportive, warm and caring and have an honest, transparent approach to the parents and their interaction with the kids is heart warming. We are very very lucky to have them. I know the staff shortages that hit (that also hit all early years) were stressful for parents but also aware it was stressful for the team and due to external factors beyond their control. They received the feedback and collaborated with parents to seek solutions and really showed their empathy during this time. Since this difficult period we have had no issues what so ever in this regards and continue to see the activities, engagement, support and care for our kids grow from an already great place to an exceptional place. I wouldn't dream of having sent them anywhere else and feel very lucky that when my husband and I can't be with them they get to be in a place that loves them and nurtures them both in this way. Thank you so much to the whole team :)
