Really pleased I choose this setting for my son he loved it, all the staff was kind and helpful. Lots of my friends have used this setting for a few years now and had no problems, so I’m unsure how long ago these negative reviews are from as it sounds like a complete different setting! My son was only able to say a couple of words when he started at 2 as he did baby sign language and by 2 half he was talking and fully toilet trained thanks to the staff. They invite parents in for fun mornings. my son was never unhappy going and he started at 2 left at 4years old. Unfortunately you can’t please everybody!

I thought i would quickly edit my review to anybody that's reading these please take NOTE!!!!!! I am confident that the negative feedback is 100% the same person, obviously the person cannot be happy with the new nursery their child is in or may have way to much time on her hands to keep posting negative feedback and what I said in my previous feedback its an absolute amazing nursery so if your checking these reviews, Just call and book a look around and you'll see for yourselves. Stay positive people. And to the women or man making the fake accounts get a life. Full on KEYBOARD WARRIOR All I can say is what an amazing nursery with great staff, from the first day I went to the nursery all the staff seemed very professional and what was also great to see they all had smiles on their faces which I thought if the staff are happy then the children must also be happy, I must admit I wanted to sign my son up straight away. But I decided to go and visit three other nursery's around the local area before making a decision. Obviously by me writing this review I made the obvious decision to sign my son up with first steps nursery. I am very happy with the decision I made as my son loves it there which is obviously one of the most important things. My son grew so much in confidence being at the nursery and always left with a smile on his face. I would like to thank all the staff for always keeping me up to date with his progress and always giving me great advice if I needed it. Ps to the lady that left the last bad review and sorry for being so blunt, but if you new your child needed special needs nursery then why send your child to a main stream nursery 🤷 I also looked at your previous reviews and i could see you wrote another bad review to this nursery a year ago maybe it's time to get over yourself or you just as I like to say a keyboard warrior???

What a fantastic Nursery I’m so glad I chose this nursery for my son My son had the best experience with the staff at this setting I was such a nervous mum not wanting to leave my child but as a working mum we have to, the staff helped me on his very first settling in day to his final day there. They kept me updated on everything he was doing. If I needed to speak to staff about any concerns they was more than happy to help me. My child never wanted to leave my side but after a couple of days there he was soon settled and running in to everyone made me sad when he left to go school. The staff was a 5 star for me I have a daughter and I will be sending her there no doubt about it. See you soon ladies

Awful experience at this nursery for my son wouldn’t wish it on anyone.wish it was possible to rate zero stars. Staff are vile and rude My son is now well settled in specialist provision and diagnosed . Staff didn’t care to help with that process at all. Infact they held him back without giving him the correct support which in turn made him regress. This has in turn delayed his diagnosis and significantly impacted on his ability to learn as he’s been held back. For a child who already has significant delays in all areas this is shocking that a nursery that’s supposed to care for children in there care and want the children to work at the best of their abilities would think that this is acceptable. Staff also believe sending a child with complex needs into a store room for observations is appropriate. Disgusting nursery with staff who roll There eyes during meetings with professionals. Not only this but make you feel like your being judged on a daily basis due to the unprofessional staff who behave like children in a playground ! Please do not send your child to this setting … this is your warning!! Stay well away and avoid unless you want to put your child through the trauma that mine endured. So glad my child is well away and has been supported fully in mainstream and now has moved on to a specialist provision that’s 100000X better than anything this nursery could ever provide Be warned you will Think it’s wonderful when your child first starts but the staff in the room when they move up are a complete different kettle of fish Nursery where reported to ofsted … and if I’m completely honest the staff need sacking and should not be around children especially children with COMPLEX ADDITIONAL NEEDS Not the only parent who thinks this way either … Glad my child is well away and I’d advise if your thinking of joining this place or have a child here either leave or don’t bother …. No child deserves to be treated In this way by staff who are qualified in the “caring professions” Especially not vulnerable children either !! - will most likely have this review taken down due to pure honesty as they’ve already deleted the Facebook page that’s along with it Truth hurts I guess 🤣 As for the person (paul) in the reviews You have absolutely no idea the fight that sen parents fight on a daily basis and I’m just as much entitled to my opinion about how awful this nursery was as anyone else - especially considering how vulnerable my child is !!!!!!
