Toddlers watch in amazement at the fizzing reactions between ingredients outdoors. The curriculum for physical development is well planned, with children showing great control as they climb up and run down hills in the outdoor area.
I can’t speak highly enough of this nursery – my experience with them has been nothing but positive from the very start. The staff are incredibly patient, understanding, and kind, especially as my child took a little longer than most to settle in. They made every effort to help him feel comfortable and confident, keeping me updated throughout the process, which really put my mind at ease. Every member of staff I’ve encountered has been polite, friendly, and genuinely caring. The environment feels warm, welcoming, and safe, and it’s clear that the children are their top priority. I’ve noticed how much my child has grown in confidence and happiness since joining. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive place for their child
Read on GoogleThis was the most nurturing and loving environment to send both my children to. Every member of staff genuinely cared and bonded with my children. Every element of my children’s development was considered and they flourished. Even now, when my children have gone to school and preschool, I can see the positive influence of the staff and the approach of fisherfield nursery. My children grew up loving and wanting to emulate the staff who they thought were heroes and princesses.
Read on GoogleOur little boy started at Fisherfield at 9.5 months old. The settling in process was invaluable not least for his mum easing into passing him over to someone else. Anna and Shammy in particular were amazing helping getting him settled, we had no issues with the handovers from the off. He’s never been very good at napping during the day, this was true during settling in, too. This had us worried for when he started full days. When he did start doing full days however he slotted right in and is napping consistently. He even did 3 naps one day, which he’s not done for months. He’s having a great time at nursery and is happy at drop off and pick up. The nursery provides updates on sleep, meals and some activities during the day via the parent zone app; this has been great to see whilst we have been in work. Based on our experience I would recommend Fisherfield to anyone.
Read on GoogleOur daughter started at Fisherfield Nursery last September after receiving many recommendations from other parents. She has done a full year there now and we couldn't recommend it enough. She settled in wonderfully, and we feel so reassured by the care and attention she receives. The staff are approachable and accommodating, always ready to address any questions we have. It's been lovely to receive daily updates, including photos of her happily participating in various activities. We have also had the opportunity to spend time with her in nursey during special events that they have held. She is thriving, and it’s clear that the nursery provides a nurturing and engaging environment for her to do so.
Read on GoogleHaving just been through the settling in process I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Such an individual child-centred approach, lots of kindness and patience to make the process as smooth and painless as possible. My son has needed more time than others and the team have been faultless at every hurdle; knowing when to encourage him to push through his comfort zone and equally when he just needed mum. The staff are all so lovely and clearly care deeply for the children, I am happy with our childcare choice and feel confindent to recommend.
