I am sharing my observations of this nursery after spending time there and witnessing how children are treated behind the scenes. While the staff can be very polite to adults, I was deeply concerned by the way they treated children who didn't follow instructions perfectly. I witnessed several instances where children with speech or communication struggles were excluded from activities or spoken about mockingly by the staff. On multiple occasions, I heard staff refer to a child as 'annoying' simply because he required more patience than the others. It was also distressing to see how the atmosphere changed during parent pickups. Staff would give glowing compliments about a child's behavior that were completely inconsistent with how they had actually treated that child during the day. I feel parents should be aware that the 'performance' at the door doesn't always match the reality of the care provided
