Fees are calculated on an hourly basis during standard daytime hours, with additional booking fees applying for early morning and late afternoon extensions. Meals and snacks are charged separately. A non-refundable holding fee is required to secure a place, and childcare vouchers are accepted.

The resources provided are well thought out to address the needs of all children, including those in receipt of additional funding, and children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). The provider is good at working with external agencies to provide extra support for children where needed. Children with SEND are well supported by all staff. They work closely with outside professionals to ensure that children have appropriate support in place.
Told we had a start for our baby in March, told today there's nothing at all and we were given wrong infomation a year ago. Don't know there arse from there elbow. Left us completely stuck. Playing with people's livelihood and now my partner can't return to work and won't have a job. Waste of space
