About this day nursery

Gardners Lane Children Centre Nursery, operated by the Aspire Foundation, offers a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 2-4 years. Embedded within the community, the nursery benefits from its strong connection to Gardners Lane Primary School, sharing access to its Forest School and playing fields.

The facility boasts three bright, spacious rooms – Caterpillars, Ladybirds, and Butterflies – each designed to cater to different developmental stages and encourage learning through play. Children have direct access to two outdoor areas equipped with mud kitchens, growing spaces, and a scramble stack, promoting exploration and physical activity.

Further enriching the children's experience are an on-site Sensory Room and a Soft Play Area. The dedicated team, led by an experienced Early Years Lead, focuses on fostering communication, physical, social, and problem-solving skills, preparing children confidently for their next steps in education.

The nursery operates during school term times, providing morning, afternoon, and full 'school day' sessions.
