Giant Leap Nursery has been a true blessing for our son Zak. From the very beginning, the staff have shown nothing but kindness, patience and genuine care for him. A huge thank you to Gillian, Aakifah, Dani, Kathleen, Elle and all the amazing staff who have gone above and beyond to support Zaks needs. He struggled with transitions, sensory overload, and emotional regulation, but the team never gave up on him. They always made the effort to understand him and support him in a way that made him feel safe and included. We always felt reassured knowing he was in such good hands. The communication has been brilliant and we really felt like we were working together as a team. There isn’t another nursery that even comes close to this one. The facilities are incredible and the outdoor provision including the massive forest school is absolutely amazing. It has given Zak so many valuable experiences in a safe and nurturing environment. Zak will truly miss this nursery and as a family we are so grateful for everything you have done. Thank you for making his early years such a positive and caring experience.

Our daughter is ready to start primary school in September and has been going to Giant Leap since she was just five months old! We have always found staff to be very friendly, welcoming and generally brilliant with our daughter especially with learning to adapt to change (moving rooms) and especially in the latest room in developing skills ready for school, such as phonics. Amanda in particular in the baby room was just amazing from start to finish! We remember just how amazing she was even now, a few years on. Amanda was extremely caring and just gave you all the time you needed to feel secure that your little one was well looked after. Dani in the last room has always been super attentive with our daughter (and she always talks about Dani and what mischief they’ve been up too!) and is always on hand to help where needed. Elle who deals with the Accounts has just been our “go to” for the entire time. No query goes unanswered (and we have had many of the years) and she’s always super helpful when it comes to querying the headache that is tax free childcare and Government funded hours! The staff do a brilliant job - our daughter has consistently enjoyed nursery and there is absolutely no doubt that nursery has made a huge impact on her learning and development over the years and will certainly stand her in good stead for the big challenge in September. Our daughter will be sad to leave, as we will be said for he but unfortunately our kids have to grow up into the big wide world - well, until the school holidays and I can use Go Outdoors holiday club! For anyone considering sending their child to Giant Leap, I couldn’t recommend enough. Take the “leap” (excuse the pun), you will not regret it.

Our little one started with Giant Leap this year a few months back, and has enjoyed it so much he wants to stay after coming to pick him up, he has gotten better with his speech and behaviour, we love it no less than he does ! We will for sure bring our second there once she is ready ! Best nursery around if you are looking for something professional, affordable and safe. We never worry if our boy is in good hands as we love his key worker and the area is so safe! 10/10, I would give more than 5 stars if I could 😍

My son has been going giant leap since he was nearly 3 he absolutely loves it. He settled in so well made loads of friends. He's been in two different rooms now with great staff in both. They are very helpful when you need help with your child, I knew my son needed help with his speech so they got someone in really quick to assess him and then he got referred, which I'm grateful for. He comes home with little things like a plant, pictures, cards which I love. They do put pictures on your app every now and again which is nice to see. The food is good he always eats while there and the menu is updated regular. They send you an email with the menu in it. He comes home dirty which to me means a full filled day at nursery. I don't have a bad word to say I literally can't recommend then enough. Tiffany Elliott

I have had both my son and my daughter at giant leap since they were 8 months old. My son in now 7 and a half and my daughter starting school this time. Over the last nearly 7 years I cannot fault them at all. Both my children have loved going to Giant Leap and it has been amazing to see them grow whilst here. All the staff are great with them and always have been. Will be sad when my daughter leaves knowing we won’t be there again! If you are in need of a nursery I would definitely recommend! Especially if they love going outside and getting muddy!
