My daughter joined golden apples around her 1st birthday and absolutely LOVES it. It took some time to settle and at first I thought I’d made a mistake but in hindsight I think this would have been the same whatever nursery she was at. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and approachable. My daughter’s allergies were taken so seriously and nothing was too much trouble with adapting her meals. My daughter loves her key worker and the room leader. We had a parents evening which was really lovely too. My only criticisms are the confusing pricing structure (I’m not unhappy with the actual costs though) and I wish that observations were done on the app more frequently. Thank you to the management and all of the staff for making us feel so at ease with looking after our daughter.

My son has just finished preschool and I cannot stress how thankful I am to the staff at golden apples. We've had a very hard year helping a 3/4 year old with bereavement is no easy thing. When he returned to school after a few weeks off I told them what I had explained to him and mentioned the books we had read with him, they ordered their own copy of the book so they had one on hand should he need it. They had looked into the best way to support us (yes us, not just my child but me too! If I ever needed an extra day or a few hours they've been as accommodating as possible) they have been amazing and Hunter has come on leaps and bounds during his time here!

I have two children that attend Golden Apples Day Nursery, my 7 year old attends the breakfast and after school club. He absolutely loves it! Every morning he is so excited to go, he enjoys having breakfast with his friends that he has made during his time here, it gives me peace of mind knowing that he is well looked after and well fed before he gets to school. He enjoys the varied menu, he looks forward to having a different tea every evening after school. He also loves the various outings he has the opportunity to go to, he enjoys every minute of it. My 2 year old son also attends Golden Apples, from day one he thoroughly enjoys it, even at the end of the day when i collect him to go home he never wants to leave! He has come on leaps and bounds, and has learnt so much since he has started, it really is a joy and comfort to see how much he enjoys it!

My son attends the head start nursery. I am very pleased with this setting and the progress he has made from being there. Although he hasn’t been in since the start of the lockdown from the virus, the team there have been very understanding of this. Any message I send are responded to quickly. The staff are friendly and I couldn’t ask for a better place for him to go. He has the best of both worlds with being able to be outside but also the room is packed with toys and things for him to learn from and play with. His key worker shares all achievements and any concerns with me. Thankyou and we look forward to attending when the new term starts
