Our son has been going to the Baby room at Bright Horizons Greenwich since January 2025 - all the staff there are so caring and nurturing, as well as supportive to you as parents. They take the time to get to know the children and how best to support them. Since being there he has come home with so many more skills - so thank you for focusing on him and his development. We are all very happy with Bright Horizons and recommend this nursery 100%.

Our son started at Bright Horizons when he was 11 months old, and as a mother finishing my maternity leave, I found it very challenging to send him into full-time care. I was quite anxious about the transition, but now, almost five months in, I couldn't be happier, and neither could my son. During this time, his development has progressed remarkably. He comes home each day with a new skill, whether it's properly holding his cutlery or washing his hands as soon as he walks through the door. The staff at Bright Horizons were incredible in helping him settle in, providing as much support to me as they did to him. They kept me updated daily on his progress during the settling period, sending photos of him playing with friends, participating in sensory activities, smiling, and enjoying nursery rhymes. The staff truly care for the parents as much as the children. Each day when I collect him, they give me a full update on his day, and they consistently update the app so I know exactly how his day went. He greets me with a hug and a smile, which reassures me that he is very happy. He is making new friends, learning new skills, and most importantly, the nursery provides the space and facilities for him to run around all day, which is something we can't fully accommodate at home. I highly recommend Bright Horizons as a starting point for your child's childcare needs. The nurturing environment, dedicated staff, and excellent facilities have made a significant positive impact on our son's growth and happiness

My children ages 4 and 2 have attended Bright Horizons Lovibond lane since they were 11 months old and I highly recommend the nursery. Facilities and location are great, new management Havva and Sheree are amazing, the atmosphere is so happy and positive with a real family feel. They welcome the children in the morning with a big smile. The food is prepared fresh on site, they have a good variety of dishes (my children have vegetarian meals). My children really bonded with their key workers who work really hard to ensure the children have a great day

Great nursery. My son has been attending the nursery for a year and a half and he really enjoys it. Now that he’s 3 he enjoys it even more. He loves his teachers and his friends. Gabrielle is a hit with kids mainly with mine. Naz and Gabrielle are great with kids , he loves them. The management is very good, Rezwana is very professional and kind. The nursery did a great job taking care of our kids during these difficult times. They supported us parents and kids tremendously. We are grateful .

The teachers/carers have been very nice. Rooms are clean and well decorated and well stocked with toys. There's a good amount of learning as well as play. And the meals are very good. Have a tour and check the prices before sending your child there and you won't have any surprises "What you see is what you get" e.g. the amount of outdoor space.
