I have only left one star as there is no option to leave zero stars ! I am appalled by the conduct of this nursery. Unprofessional beyond belief. We were told last Tuesday evening that they no longer had a full time space for my grandson and he would only be able to attend afternoons from the following Monday ( 3 working days to find another nursery!!) My self and my daughter work full time. My daughter managed to sort work out temporally until we could find another nursery only to be contacted on Friday to say they didn't have even an afternoon space for him. My grandson has SEN, and doesn't settle into new places and people easily, which they are very aware of. I collected him on his last day and was so upset that the person in charge of the nursery never even bothered to come say good bye to him in fact no one did. This nursery has left a very bad taste in my mouth and has left me questioning a few things now looking back. The dog sitter I take my dog to has more compassion than the owner of this nursery!

BEST nursery we could have possibly chosen for our son! Our son has additional needs Hamond House was very welcoming when many nurseries refused to take him as he had additional needs (SEN) Kirsty and her team have always gone above and beyond for our boy. He has flourished so much. As parents of a SEN child we have always had the support of the nursery in every step when it came to applying for schools, applying for EHCP, contacting professionals. We have complete trust in what they do. Now they need to open a Hamond House School and the first admission will be from us for our son. Thank you to Kirsty and her team for always being so supportive and going out of their way to not just only support our son but us too as parents!
