How they support every child

SEND provision

Development opportunities to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) have enabled staff to create areas for children to feel calm and implement strategies to enhance communication. Children with SEND are well supported. The nursery team works closely with parents and other professionals to identify children's needs and help them get the support they require. Children benefit from small-group activities that focus on and support their individual needs well.

Outdoor space

Children enjoy being physically active. For example, they use wheeled toys outside and join in action songs. Babies strengthen their muscles as they dance to familiar rhymes.

I should have left this review a moment ago but never too late. My child has attended this nursery for Preschool in 2024 only for about 3 months but the story started much earlier than this. However it was extremely hard for child to settle in the nursery even in toddlers room previously as he was crying and screaming constantly so I have been advised to stop and re try following term. Finally with the huge help of Mrs Saeeda who played a really good part in Djalal’s well being and this is why he settled in. She took full on board looking after my son. When I drive pass he keep saying this is Mrs Saeeda’ School I miss her. She is the deputy of the nursery who is a devoted person, so human, great with children and parents. Despite the fact that she was always busy, she always found the words that gave me hope that we would succeed in adapting my child to the nursery even when I no longer believed in it. With her devoted perseverance she had succeeded at settle in my child. Because of her, my son was able to settle to his new school very easily with much less anxiety. I am always emotional when I think of that lovely experienced teacher « Mrs Saeeda » as those kind of rare people are like diamond 💎 so rare. I can’t thank her enough. Mrs Hassna ( French speaker ) helped a lot and would even come from baby room to help give confidence to my son with his only language he had last year ( French) so her little pop in and the use of French made him feel more secured. She was so soft and kind with Djalal who felt a bond with her too. We can’t forget Miss Hashena who was always friendly full of energy for the child and some songs we sing thinking of her made my son discover it. Elisabet was lovely too and I will always remember how she would stay outside with my child playing just to help him settle. Thank you very much for not given up on him. It means a lot for us as now he is happy. It wouldn’t have been possible without Mrs Saeeda who even organise for my child a little graduation even though he attended the nursery only few months but she always want to do everything professionally and with her heart. I was around and been told she was not there anymore and this is the reason why I have put my daughter to different nearer nursery even though I pass by Happy feet mostly every day. Thank you again

My child has been attending the nursery for almost 2 years now and we couldn’t be happier! The staff is lovely and accompany the children so well in every step of their growing up process. Nadia and Klaudia too always make themselves available when it comes to responding to any queries. As a parent, seeing your child leaving every morning with a smile and happy to go to nursery is very thrilling and let you go stress free to your daily activities. Would highly recommend!

This nursery has been established by Klaudia, who's worked in Crouch End for the last few years. Klaudia's a well trusted, hugely respected & competent person. She will provide your child with a safe, nurturing, stimulating, kind & supportive environment. She's been key worker for my daughter in a nursery setting & has looked after my daughter at our home too. I have no doubt that Klaudia will provide the highest quality childcare facilities at Happy Feet & I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
