Staff nurture children's communication skills and promote their physical development. Children learn to work as a team during outdoor activities, such as painting a shed with water.

The inspector also highlighted the highly effective support provided for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Staff are noted for their wide knowledge of children's learning needs and for working closely with other professionals.

Parents who spoke to the inspector commented that the setting is at the heart of the community.

SEND provision

Staff provide highly effective support to children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). They have a very wide knowledge of children's learning needs, identify gaps in development at an early stage and act promptly to address them. They plan very precisely to help children achieve key steps and work closely with other professionals in education and medical fields.

Outdoor space

Children work as a team to paint the garden shed with water and make sure they reach the higher parts and do not leave any gaps. Children know how to keep themselves safe in the setting, indoors and outside.
