How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff routinely discuss children who have a delay in their development and ensure that children receive intervention at the earliest opportunity, so that they acquire the support they need to catch up. Children in receipt of additional funding and those with special educational needs and/or disabilities are given the support needed to make good progress in their learning.

Outdoor space

Babies become restless and unsettled when waiting to play in the garden. However, once outside, they delight in climbing the wooden planks and pulling themselves to standing to see the river that runs along the side of the nursery. Older children use the space to develop games which successfully support their physical development.

Our little boy Theo has been attending Happy Mindz since he was just one year old, and we honestly could not have chosen a better nursery. Theo absolutely loves it there, and as parents, that means everything to us. From the moment you walk in, there is something truly special about the place. It is open planned, welcoming, and almost magical. It feels like a space where children are genuinely happy, curious, and free to be themselves. Shane, Nicky, and the entire team are incredible. They are warm, caring, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Theo has thrived under their care, and we have always felt complete trust and reassurance knowing he is in such safe and nurturing hands. We looked at several other nurseries before choosing Happy Mindz, and none of them even came close. The difference is clear in the atmosphere, the people, and the way the children are cared for and supported every single day. We are so grateful for everything you do and for the love and dedication you show to the children. Thank you for giving Theo such a wonderful start. We truly could not have asked for anything better.

I have been a Child Care provider for some time now. I have 3 grown up Daughters and my experience with Happy mindz has been one of great fondness for the way in which Shane and his Staff interact with the Children, they make me feel like i'm part of a big Family. Well done.
