Our ethos

At the Clubhouse We believe in the natural ethos that the closer to nature children are, the happier they will be and therefore the more likely they are to learn. We are surrounded by beautiful greenery, birds tweeting and trees clapping their hands. This offers a unique outdoor experience, all round education and whole bucket load of fun to every child from all works of life. Our Vision is to reach and influence the children in our care by building and having a large heart towards every child and staff, regardless of their colour, creed, race and gender, to love, care and lead them, helping them to make right choices, having a sharing and caring mindset to one another. Empowering them to love, learn, lead and impact their world in every sphere of life.

We absolutely love Happy Todds! Our one-year-old has been attending for a few months now, and we couldn't be happier with the care and attention she receives. The staff are truly amazing — warm, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about what they do. There’s a real family feel to the nursery — the team are so welcoming, and they really take the time to get to know each child individually - their likes, dislikes and what makes them feel comfortable and happy. It's such a relief as a parent to know your child is in safe, caring hands. The communication from the team is excellent — they keep you updated on an app with pictures throughout the day which is really special. The nursery is situated in a park and we love how much time they spend outdoors. I was so apprehensive about going back to work and sending our daughter to nursery but its been wonderful to see our little one thrive and grow more confident each week. She really loves her time at Happy Todds and all the staff. Everyday we drop her off and pick her up with the biggest smile on her face - it's clear how happy she is there. We feel so lucky to have found this place and couldn’t recommend it enough

Our 1 year old has been attending nursery for a few months now and seems really happy at Happy Todd’s. It really does feel like a home from home but at the same time his development has rocketed since attending. The children’s day seems full of play, planned activities and outside time….. we love getting updates throughout the day via the app. The whole team are great but our choice of nursery was decided when we met the two managers, who are exactly the type of people you would want looking after your child. Thank you team.

We couldn’t be more grateful for everything Happy Todds has done for our son. From day one, the staff have been warm, caring, and genuinely invested in his wellbeing and development. The first drop-off was so anxiety provoking, but after 10 minutes there were photos of him smiling on the app and having a great time, and nothings changed after 9 months of him attending. We particularly love how much time the children spend outdoors. They regularly go to the park, play football outside, look at the wildlife and read books all together amongst the trees. I feel like they really make the most of fresh air and active play which is rare in London! I looked round many nurseries before choosing Happy Todds and never found that outdoor play was prioritised. Even in the winter, they play outside! Our boy can be quite particular and challenging when it comes to eating, but the staff have been endlessly patient and understanding. They never give up on encouraging him and reassuring us, and that consistency and care means so much. Thank you Maria, Yvonne, Megha and the team for creating such a nurturing, stimulating, and supportive environment. We feel incredibly lucky to have found you, and our son is thriving because of your amazing team. Lilly and Tom

My daughter started attending Happy Todds Clubhouse last year, and I couldn’t be more delighted with the experience. She absolutely loves it – every day is full of fun, laughter, and learning. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and it’s clear how much they care for each and every child. There’s nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is in such good hands. My daughter is always excited to go in the morning and comes home happy, having learnt something new every day. The communication with the staff is also something I really value – they’re always warm, approachable, and willing to help or guide whenever needed. I always feel welcomed with open arms, which means so much as a parent. I truly couldn’t recommend Happy Todds Clubhouse enough!

Staff is amazing and they've helped our little one have a smooth settling period. He has a good time there and also you can monitor his day&activity on the nursery app.
