Inclusion & environment
The provision for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is strong, and they make good progress. Staff take the time to understand each child's unique learning needs. They work closely with outside professionals and parents to ensure that children receive the support they need.
Children benefit from daily access to the outside environment, which helps to promote their health and well-being. Children play actively and develop their strength and larger physical movements, such as when using the large slide and climbing frame.
I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. The staff are genuine, kind and friendly. My son is very happy there. They have an amazing playground which they use as much as they can, plus fun activities inside. It’s been wonderful seeing my son growing in confidence. We plan for our youngest to join next year too!
Read on GoogleMyself and husband are so happy with this nursery. Our daughter has been going since she was a baby, she settled in quickly and has loved her nursery experience ever since. The staff are polite, attentive and friendly with the children. Prachi, the manager especially is kind, professional and approachable. She displays a love, passion and care for her role and the running of the nursery that radiates! I will forever recommend this nursery to family and friends 5*
Read on GoogleI am the mother of a little boy with autism who goes to preschool 2. My son's teacher is Eszter, a professional and well-trained teacher. I have always encountered problems, only with intervention can I solve the problems. I am very disappointed. It is not a nursery that I would recommend.
Read on GoogleMy daughter is very comfortable at the nursery and I feel relaxed knowing she has a great time and is looked after by staff that care about her
Read on GoogleWe are first time parents. My son started in this nursery in October 2024. We had some concerns about his development which we shared with all honesty with the staff. They were very reassuring at first and said so many good things about the support that they can give to my little one. He started the settling in process in the nursery with 15-30 minutes and then moving to 1 hour. after the 1st week at some point in about 5-10 mins after dropping off my son they would call me right away saying that he’s crying non stop. We continued with this cycle for more than 3 weeks. Later on we decided to move him to another nursery and after just 1 week of settling he managed to adapt to the new environment. Looking back and comparing how my son’s new nursery manages him to how Harrow day nursery and montesorri dealt with him, I feel like they’ve treated my son differently. Knowing that he might be special they never exerted any effort to address why he was upset nor tried to find out how best to settle him. Now, just after 2 months in the new nursery my son has developed quickly that our concerns have greatly diminished.. I would recommend to the management that they need to review how their teams treat little ones with ?disability. Likewise, as a nursery, I think the staff need to be more engaging with the child to understand what is making them upset, gain their trust and be accustomed to a new environment. I’m glad I moved my son out of this place. Sometimes the ratings from Ofstead are misleading.
