Heywood House Children's Nursery, located in Brimington, Chesterfield, is part of the Chantreyland Childcare Group, which has been providing childcare since 1987. The nursery, an OFSTED-approved multi-age setting, opened in 2024 after renovations.

It is dedicated to offering high-quality care in a nurturing, safe, and friendly environment where children can learn and have fun. The nursery focuses on supporting each child's development and helping them reach their full potential in preparation for school.

They emphasise creating an environment where children feel confident and secure, providing appropriate resources for every age group. Pricing & funding

Fees are structured around six-hour and ten-hour sessions. Unfunded fees include meals and snacks, while funded sessions are subject to an 'Enhanced Care' surcharge that varies based on the child's age and session length. Additional and ad hoc hours are charged at flat hourly rates.

Amazing nursery with caring staff. My son has attended heywood house since November 2024 and has thrived. I’m so grateful for all the staff helping him (and me) settle in so well and be looked after so wonderfully by all the staff. Everyday we are given a full run down of what he has eaten, how he slept, and what he played with. We have had a parents evening with photos and reports of his development. Even the admin staff has been quick to help with my every question (sorry ladies). Would give more stars if I could.

Excellent nursery, recently refurbished, superb outside space for the children to play. Staff and management are great, and really engage with the children to help them develop. Would highly recommend!

Heywood house is a fantastic nursery, my son has attended for the last 7 months and he loves it! The nursery itself is lovely and the outside area is one of the many factors that sold it for us! The staff are very caring, friendly and approachable. I would 100% recommend ⭐

My daughter currently goes here, and although she may not be able to tell me yet, I can tell she loves it here. The staff are brilliant with her and are very understanding and supportive with me and my partners many (many) questions. Thank you Heywood House.
