SEND provision

Staff have a good understanding of how to meet the needs of children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). As a result, they are able to apply effective strategies to support children with SEND with their learning and development. This shows that staff provide an inclusive curriculum which is ambitious for all children.

Outdoor space

Children enjoy the range of resources that they can freely access, both outside and inside. For instance, children absorb themselves in imaginative play as they mix together mud and leaves to make a 'birthday cake.' They add twigs to the top of their cake to represent candles.

We recently moved our daughter to Hopscotch Nursery after attending a different setting, and we are absolutely overjoyed with the difference it has made in her life. She is so happy and comes home every day in such a wonderful mood. We have noticed a huge positive change in her since joining. She truly loves coming to nursery and has thoroughly enjoyed all of the extra activities the nursery has included her in. The communication from the staff is absolutely outstanding, and they have genuinely taken the time to get to know our daughter so well. Their attention to detail is phenomenal, and they have gone above and beyond to meet her individual needs. We couldn't be happier with the care, support, and nurturing environment Hopscotch provides. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff for making such a positive impact on our daughters life!
