How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are given the support they need to enable them to make the best possible progress. Leaders and staff work well with other external agencies who may also be involved in the child's care. Appropriate plans are put into place to support children and their learning, using methods such as 'objects of reference' or flash cards to help communicate with children and for them to express their needs.

Outdoor space

Pre-school children can freely choose whether to play indoors or outdoors with the wide range of activities on offer. All children benefit from lots of fresh air and activities outdoors. Older children enjoy building an assault course and walking over balancing beams, taking age-appropriate risks.

I just want to praise the nursery on a whole, it’s honestly fantastic. My son started at ICan at 9months old and had two and a half years of absolutely flourishing here. The staff were amazing with him from the room seniors and room staff to the office team. They were aware of allergies and worked with me so well on this, they worked with me with potty training and behaviours at home and at nursery. They are honestly such an amazing team and such an amazing nursery. Me and my son will miss them very much! They kept me sane during some trying times and went above and beyond for my child. I could go to work with full faith in where my child was, what he was doing and most of all that he was so happy and well cared for! Thankyou so much

Such a wonderful nursery. I cannot sign their praises highly enough. My daughter is settling in really well, all thanks to the wonderful staff in the baby room. They really do care for the children and nothing is too my much. The nursery also make sure Mom's and Dad's are okay too. We have both called many times in the day to check and our calls are always received with warmth. We are both so happy we chose I Can Day Nursery. I will be recommending it to everyone.

This nursery is amazing! My son has settled straight into nursery, you get great updates including photo updates on the app. Different activities on offer everyday. HUGE playground. My daughter went to tiny teddies which is round the corner and I can days nursery is SOOO much better, we wish we knew about it with her.
