I viewed this nursery for my son to attend and was horrified by what I saw. Filthy floors, lack of toys and resources, babies were put to sleep in conservatory room area which was freezing. Staff member doing tour was very self centered, making comments like I've been here two weeks and I've changed loads, I've got new sensory toys (children weren't allowed to play with, they were simply on display). One child was visibly distressed when he woke and was ignored by staff. I have worked in child care and leaving the premises I thought about offering my help as they clearly couldn't cope with the few children they had. Manager urgently needs to address the cleaning practice as a minimum.

Jigsaw has been nothing but amazing. I have sent both of my children to jigsaw from the age of 4 months old, they have shown a huge level of caring and compassion towards both of my children. From a early age it was hard to put them in to child care due to work. But I never felt a doubt of fear, from day 1 both my children taken a close bond to a number of staff members and it always shown when dropping them off that they had smiles and couldn't wait to get in there. The nursery is perfect for keeping u up to date with your childs needs and what they have been doing daily, due to the app they have which sends records and photos of them enjoy a mass variety of activities each day, even down to what they have eaten and how much. Couldnt folt the management of the nursery at all, having children them self they are very considerate towards each familys circumstances And will always try to accommodate to any needs. Over all jigsaw made me and most importantly my children so happy thank you. Facilities

Love this nursery sooooo much. My son has came here since September and is now 14 months and has grown so much since coming. He loves his key worker and will happily sit there cuddling even though I've came to pick him up haha. So glad I decided to send my son here loved the atmosphere from the first visit
