We enrolled our daughter in this nursery following recommendations from several parents whose children had attended a few years ago. The staff working there are good, and I believe they have taken good care of our daughter and helped her grow throughout this year. However, there has been a lot of staff turnover, and in just one year our daughter had three different key workers. The nursery itself is good, Montessori-based like others in the area such as Busy Bees. Still, we feel they may have become a bit inflexible. When we went to renew for another year, the conditions had changed significantly: schedules are quite rigid, fees have increased (even when using more government-funded hours), and when withdrawing our daughter we were charged more than expected because the fees were not clearly explained. On top of that, there is a “refundable fee” which I had to chase up several times before getting it back — it makes me think it could easily become “non-refundable” for parents who forget to follow up. Overall, we are left with mixed feelings: the care and staff were good, but the management and transparency around fees left us with a bittersweet impression.

The curriculum, teachers and environment are all outstanding at Imagination Nursery & Preschool. We were warmly welcomed from day 1, and the whole team has made the adjustment from another Nursery abroad, to Imagination exceptionally easy. We have also seen leaps and bounds in our 18 month old in all areas of development and can't wait to see what the future looks like!

My 18 month old daughter has been going to imagination since September and loves it! We are really pleased with her growth and development since starting at imagination - she has gained so much confidence especially in walking and talking. The breadth of activities is impressive from singing, dancing, sensory play to outdoor activities and arts and crafts. Most importantly the teachers are thoughtful, kind and truely care. I would highly recommend this nursery!

My son has been attending Imagination since Aug 2022. The staff is so warm, welcoming, and caring. He's always happy to go, happy at the end of the day, and the activities are varied and engaging. I love the fact that I've never felt that he's solely under the care of his key person, the staff really do work as a team and it makes a huge difference. The manager is brilliant, and the nursery has been extremely supportive and accommodating to our family needs (even on short notice). I genuinely can't recommend this setting highly enough. They are all wonderful!

Our daughter started attending 4 months ago and we couldn’t be happier with our daycare choice. She adapted very quickly and it’s now wonderful seeing her get excited about going to the nursery. We can see the growth and learning every day. The staff is awesome, extremely friendly and professional, with so much heart and caring mindset. They really make an effort to engage the children and develop them in a very individualised way. The management is committed to providing a safe, fun and loving environment. You just get the good and positive energy as soon as you walk in! It’s a great school and we would highly recommend it to the parents. We are thankful to the whole team - we absolutely love it!
