Ingleby Barwick Children's Day Nursery is located in Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, and provides care for children from birth to four years old. It operates all year round, opening from 7.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with closures for bank holidays and one week at Christmas. The day nursery accepts government funding for eligible two, three, and four-year-olds, as well as tax-free childcare. At its inspection in September 2022, Ofsted judged the nursery to be 'Good', noting that children are happy, safe, and form secure attachments with staff.

The curriculum is planned around individual learning needs, with activities that engage children. There are daily opportunities for outdoor play, where children can investigate and explore using items such as a sandpit and natural resources. The nursery provides healthy, home-cooked food and teaches children about healthy lifestyles. The manager ensures the setting is inclusive and works with external professionals, such as speech and language therapists, to support children's development where needed.
