Disappointed in the lack of understanding of the owner of Inn Farm when we wanted to delay the start of our son at the Nursery due to very difficult family circumstances. We admit we had signed terms and conditions which stated we had to pay the full 2 months nursery care if we had not given 2 months notice before our son started, this was not explained however. This is no doubt a popular nursery as they do have a waiting list so why could they not offer some understanding when they can easily replace another child in the spot we had reserved for our son. We did ask for some consideration and still gave 5 weeks notice as we did not closely read the T & C's which requested 8 weeks but there was no compromise from the owner. The nursery might be excellent but just read the small print and don't expect any consideration if you fall foul of the small print. Unfortunately this left a sour taste and we questioned the ethics of the management so decided to chose another nursery for our son.
Read on GoogleWe are very happy at this nursery and were grateful for the thought about parent convenience when updating the driveway today. Not to mention the new gates are also fantastic. Slightly appalled at one comment here on the google reviews which, having been parents of a child here for quite a long time now, found very unfair. Because without the strict nature of planning, pay and organising from nursery admin, we might find a more chaotic scene rather than the service currently and exceptionally given to the children. Just a thought, and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys.
Read on GoogleThe best private nursery around, beautiful setting, love the outdoorsy farm based play and learning, compared to other nursery’s which are mainly classroom and toy based! Staff are super supportive towards both children and their parents… would and have recommended the nursery to others!
