I was happy with the care & the staff were lovely but I found it very expensive even with the funded hours. Especially considering it isn't in a proper building & the kids are mostly outside! The art studio had to be paid for as an extra even if your child doesn't use it. & charging parents for bank holidays even though the nursery isn't open I find unacceptable.

I took my boy out of this nursery and would not recommend you send yours. Lost belongings with no accountability, lied about him drinking water (when he has none all day), sent him home with us full of mud and filthy at the end of day without changing him into clean clothes provided, communication from management was defensive and dismissive. Pretty toxic place.
