Iqra Daycare And Tuition Centre, established in 2015, provides childcare for children aged 6 to 15 years. 30pm.
The management team demonstrates a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements, even though no early years children were present during the last inspection. They are committed to creating an exciting and stimulating environment where each individual child can thrive, focusing on embedding the seven areas of learning into daily activities.
The nursery plans to use a key-person system to support individual learning, observe and assess children to build on their independent learning, and help them progress to become school-ready. Managers are highly reflective in their approach, providing ongoing training and professional development for their staff.
They also aim to promote a healthy lifestyle, incorporating outdoor activities and day trips to local parks to develop physical skills and a love for nature. Furthermore, they teach children about healthy food choices through visits to the supermarket and support parents in providing nutritious meals.
The nursery fosters an inclusive environment, treating every child as an individual and promoting equality and diversity by discussing similarities and differences within the community, including disabilities and various festivals. Managers build professional relationships with parents through home visits, daily conversations, and termly assessments.
