Ivy House Nurseries, registered with Ofsted in 2021 as part of the Future Childcare Nursery Group, offers exceptional care, learning, and play opportunities for children aged 3 months to 5 years. The day nursery group is dedicated to providing an environment where children can flourish, learn, and grow, understanding the critical role the early years play in shaping a child's future.

We encourage every step of their development with kindness and care, ensuring they have the strongest of foundations. We understand the importance of fresh, stimulating and exciting environments and we invest a lot of time into each space. We also ensure that the children take time to adjust to their new environment at the pace that works for them. Ivy House Nurseries are inspired by the Curiosity Approach which combines a magical mixture of ingredients to create a very special pedagogy. It encourages confidence and resilience and is a beautiful way of creating awe and wonder in Early Childhood.

What it's like

Children have good attitudes towards learning and show pride in their achievements. The staff read to children in a way that captures their imaginations and excites them, promoting a love of books and supporting communication, language, and early literacy skills. Children demonstrate happiness and enjoyment when participating in outdoor activities with staff, showing interest in trucks and filling them with stones.

Pricing & funding

Fees are charged monthly in advance based on a 51-week year calculation. Invoices are paid by direct debit on the first of each month. A registration fee and deposit are required to secure a place, and bank holidays are fully payable.
