SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) receive personalised care and achieve well due to timely identification of needs, adapted teaching, effective partnerships with families, and support from external professionals such as speech and language therapists and autism specialists.

Outdoor space

Children benefit from daily physical play opportunities, although the outdoor curriculum is not yet as well developed as the indoor provision in terms of breadth of learning opportunities.

EAL / language support

Children who speak English as an additional language (EAL) receive comprehensive support, with staff trained in British Sign Language and using visual communication boards and picture cue cards to aid language development.

We couldn't recommend TLE highly enough. After a really negative experience elsewhere when we moved into the neighbourhood, the change we've seen in our son since starting here has been incredible. He absolutely loves coming in, and his confidence, communication, and choice of words have improved beyond belief. The staff are amazing - so kind, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. They go above and beyond every single day and create such a warm, nurturing environment. TLE has completely restored our faith and gives us total peace of mind. We are so grateful to the whole team. Our daughter is already enrolled and waiting to start, and even now, every time we drop our son off, they make her feel like she's already part of the family. That alone says everything about the care and attention they give. If you live in the neighbourhood and are looking for a joyful, solid foundation for your child - and absolute peace of mind as a parent - TLE is truly the place to be!

My son started at the TLE in September and he’s had a brilliant term there. All the staff are warm and welcoming towards both adults and children. My son’s Key Worker, Emma, was just brilliant with my son. She got to know him quickly and has really supported him both emotionally and academically. The rest of the team in the room, Ella & Ellie, were just as kind and loving towards him. The management team, Katie, Chloe & Ella couldn’t do enough for you and always had time to talk when needed. The site has ample parking and is away from the main road so safe for dropping off and collecting. Delicious hot meals are served daily and I loved receiving the daily photos and updates. We are going to miss the team and cannot thank them enough for all they have done in such a short space of time. Thank you all.

I started taking my son here around April 25 and he loves it's. He used to go to the Leatherhead branch so it was ideal to take him to this one so he is familiar with the layout and characters. The team at TLE Weybridge are professional and also can have a good chat. Plenty of outdoor space for the kids to run about plus they get taken out for walks to be more in a public environment. Location is pretty safe for the children aswell. Clea view of entrance, 1 way in and out.

My son has been attending The Learning Experience in Weybridge, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff are incredibly friendly and personable, making sure both children and parents feel comfortable and welcome. I love the app they use, as it provides daily updates and photos so I can see what my son is up to each day which really helps me feel involved in his activities and learning journey. The facilities are amazing, they're perfectly designed for children to play, learn, and grow. Overall, I’m really impressed and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a warm and nurturing environment!

I’m so glad I sent my daughter to the Learning Experience, she loves it! The staff are really friendly, helpful and so accommodating. The building is lovely and bright with large safe outdoor spaces, and lots of rooms for your little ones to move up into as they grow. The staff upload photos and updates about food, nappy changes and naps constantly throughout the day. It’s so brilliant, and very rare! Having experienced a couple of different nursery settings with my older child, you normally just get a quick handover at the end of each day and a couple of pictures now and again… if you’re lucky! I couldn’t recommend it enough!
