Our ethos
Children explore through play-based learning in secure, age-appropriate rooms that encourage curiosity and growth. Experiences may include imaginative activities, early social skills and opportunities for self-directed discovery. We believe food is fundamental to healthy growth, happy minds, and positive lifelong habits. In the earliest years, what children eat shapes taste preferences, supports brain development, and lays the foundations for long-term health.

Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
Parents explain how they are so happy with the nursery, and they have used it for all their children.
They find staff extremely helpful and supportive of them as parents.
Parents enjoy the new opportunities to go into the setting for planned stay-and-play sessions or to participate in regular parents' evenings.
Parents feel children make good progress, are kept safe and secure and are ready for the next stage of learning when they move on to school.
Inclusion & environment
Staff work in partnership with parents and professionals to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Local referral procedures are followed to promptly request additional support. Children with individual therapy or care needs have strategies incorporated into planned activities to ensure they make progress.
Staff plan and provide activities for physical movement outside in the garden. Children enjoy riding bicycles and tricycles, quickly manoeuvring around the large space. However, the use of the space is not always carefully thought through, sometimes restricting children's free movement.
Could not give Jigsaw & Lauren more praises if I tried! My son Aari joined them around a year ago & he has been so happy & learning everyday. I have to give Lauren another shout out, she is so amazing with Aari they have such a good bond & it’s so lovely to see he is so well taken care of. She’s such a natural with children & it’s lovely to see Aari go off in the morning with a huge smile on his face. Thank you all!
Read on GoogleOne of the experience we had. They don't deliver what they promise. Very mean and rude person who shows you around. She would be really sweet initially and when you start following up, bo response whatsoever. Even after calling her, responses are I am busy right now, will tell you requested info later. Day after same response. Just save yourself and child.
Read on GoogleMy son started attending this nursery from September 2024 because the previous one was closed. It was the best decision I made. Jigsaw nursery will fulfill the dreams of parents, it gives children a sense of security, care and takes care of education. Manager Chloe always greets with a smile and a kind word. Lauren my son key worker is an important person in his life, every day after nursery he asks if he will see her the next day. Angel, Rahima, Kami and Suad also approach their responsibilities with passion and respect. My son always says that he ate a delicious lunch and had a great time at his nursery. I can recommend this nursery with all my heart.

Read on GoogleMy son has always been a momma's boy and it was a rough couple of weeks when we first started him at Jigsaw Pinner. It was our first attempt at any sort of child care (and restrictions due to covid also complicated the change). But I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly he settled in! The space is lovely and colourful and exciting. The staff are kind and warm. And management are very receptive to helping make the experience so that the transition away from mummy is not too traumatic. Truly a wonderful nursery experience so far
