I was very nervous about my daughter starting nursery but I really needed the break nursery time offers. My daughter started attending this nursery since 1 month as she just turned 2 in November. Arti the manager was very helpful in processing the paperwork needed and explaining everything to me. My daughter loves going to nursery and even wants to stay longer thannshe should. She even start improving her behaviour like independent play, she is speaking more, she is bubbly and happier after nursery. All staff very friendly and professionals. Clean good environment for children. I feel like it’s such a great place for my child as she gets the break she needs with kids her own age as I have no family with kids her age. My only regret is not signing up sooner as this is a really good nursery.

I was stressed at first of how my child will adapt to the nursery environment but he has fitted in so well and he loves going there. The staff are so friendly and chatty, always easily approached and raise any concerns so quickly. Cannot recommend it enough.

My son loves this nursery alot. He learnt how to eat and talk from nursery only. Staff of the nursery super friendly, friendly and at the same time helpful with all kids health problems. He comes home and talk about nursery whole day.His communication skills has developed so much after going to nursery. I would recommend all mums to.put their kids in this nursery for their overall development before they join reception.

I loved the staff as they were polite and friendly. The environment is nice, warm and cosy. It is maintained on a daily basis and kept clean and tidy. If I have any concerns regarding the nursery or my child's health or development, I raise it to the staff and they promptly address to it. Communication between the parent and key worker is very clear and professional. Teaching is good although in my opinion they should carry out structured learning activities on a daily basis to improve and stimulate the children's mind and body. I would like the nursery to review the children's progression on a monthly basis but I like the fact that I can easily call up the nursery and speak to the key worker about my child's progression at any time. I like the fact that the manager updates me on my child's daily routine i.e: Nap time, Food and what activities he carried out on a daily basis.

When my child first went to this nursery back in 2014 they had excellent ofsted reports and the care provided was high. Then their standards of child care started to decline due to poor staff retention particularly at mangement level. Then they decided to start charging goverment funded parents over £500 a year towards meals they provide without any prior notice or parental consultation. I would no longer recommend this nursery as your child care provider.
