Read on GoogleA Heartfelt Thank You to Bright Horizons Beaufort Park Our child joined Bright Horizons Beaufort Park in July 2022 at just one year old. Over the past three years, we've watched our child grow from a baby to a toddler and now progress to preschool, preparing for Reception this September. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team for their dedication to our child's learning and development. The management has always been supportive, explaining childcare schemes, family allowances, and how the nursery operates in a clear and approachable way. A special thank you to Abbie and Catherine the management for their warm welcomes and thorough guidance every day. Thanks to Bright Horizons Beaufort Park, we feel confident that our child is well-prepared for the next big step into school!
Read on GoogleMy daughter attended Bright Horizons a couple of years ago and now my 2 year old son is attending. The staff are fantastic. They enable the children to grow, to care, to learn and they instill the values that as parents we work towards teaching them. The senior management; Abbey & Catherine are absolutely delightful. They are efficient, friendly and even though they are super busy always take time to greet the children and parents and no question to them is ever an issue. The atmosphere in the nursery is amazing and fun. I haven't had one single worry or doubt with sending my two children here from the moment we walked through the door. Both children equally have never cried going in and talk about their days with such happiness and positivity. I think Abbey and Catherine have amazing leadership skills that shine through to the whole team. I haven't named the teachers as too many to mention but I truly think each of them are wonderful and doing a fantastic job. From one very happy mum (and dad too).
Read on GoogleI can’t recommend Bright Horizons enough .They really went above and beyond with your son. The nursery helped a lot with my son's settling in. They went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and safe. He did not speak English, and the team did the best they could to understand him and help him communicate. The space is very nice for learning and playing. My son loved the outdoors area. Also, the staff are amazing. Everyday Abbie and all staff would greet us with a big smile. They are friendly, respectful with all the children, and always willing to help. We now moved out of London one of the teachers gave my son a friends forever matching bracelet, it was so beautiful. The meals are truly amazing and my son loved it. They update the app everyday with what activities they will be doing, learning topics, pictures and thoughtful development progress check-ins. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone .Thank you for all that you did with my little one. Huge call out to Abbie and all her support and Ana Maria and Fatima from Preschool.
Read on GoogleI had a terrible experience with this Nursery in Beaufort Park. After paying the registration fee for my son, I called to ask for information and was met with rudeness, shouting, and unprofessional behavior. A staff member, who gave the name “Abby,” was extremely disrespectful and even hung up on me. Instead of helping, she acted aggressively and racist and made it clear that money was their only priority, not quality in service. I am relieved I did not entrust my child to this nursery. I strongly advise other parents to be cautious before enrolling.we must know with which kind of people we suppose to leave our child to learn from them.
