Jumpin Jacks is honestly the perfect nursery. Genuinely couldn't have asked for more over the last 3.5 years my son has attended. The staff are the most caring, loving, engaging people. They take the time to get to know each individual child, what makes them smile, what things they don't like. The facilities there are amazing, so many toys, books, fantastic outdoor area and plenty of role play and creative activities. All 3 rooms have age appropriate toys and activities. I honestly can't thank you all at Jumpin Jacks enough for taking care of my son. He wouldn't be the outgoing boy he is today without you all being a part of his journey. We will miss you!

From the moment me and my partner were shown around Jumpin Jacks Nursery, we knew it was the perfect nursery for our children to attend. Staff there are incredibly attentive, very thorough in explaining a variety of things from the topics of the day for the children to injuries sustained including wellbeing phone calls. The Tapestry website they use is fantastic to navigate, checking meals and observations a child has done. In our case they were extremely supportive of helping with the GDA pathway application for our eldest child. In another instance, a lightening quick first aid response for our youngest child when they sustained an injury via an accident. We can't thank them enough for the work they do and most importantly, we never felt like we were just another number, we felt like human beings, and we felt very comfortable approaching them if there was anything we needed to discuss. I would HIGHLY recommend

Just wanted to share that it was a wonderful experience from day one until last day. Our oldest daughter loved every day that she spent there. They are thoughtful, always looking into best options for your child and attention to details is uncanny. Rest assured that our second baby girl will definitely be joining them. To quote her “ I loved everything!”

All three of my children have attended Jumpin Jacks nursery over the last 9 years and they have all absolutely loved it here, the staff made my boys feel at home and shown them nothing but love, care and attention. I couldn’t immediately get a place for my youngest here as they were full so he attended a different setting initially which he really didn’t enjoy and would get upset at both drop off and pick up. The team at Jumpin Jacks managed to arrange him a place and he settled immediately, he really came out of his shell and used to ask to go to nursery!! A special mention to Amy and Hayley who were his ‘best friends’, they knew his likes and dislikes, what would settle him and taught him so much. The setting is clean, there is so much for the children to do with different ways to learn and every member of staff I have had an encounter with has always been so welcoming and polite. The team seem to get to know families as individuals rather than just a number. I will forever recommend Jumpin Jacks, I feel so lucky to have sent my boys here. If you want to feel at ease whilst you work and know your children will be happy, this is the perfect setting! Thank you to everyone at Jumpin Jacks.
